Our hosting and access policy

We take our hosting responsibility very seriously. In our efforts to host our guests in a safe and controlled environment we have introduced our access and control policy.

Guests wanting to access our hotels need to be verified by means of our ID or Drivers Licence verification system.
Only once either of these items have been provided will the guest have access. Regular guests wanting ease of access are welcome to apply to our members club, VNL Leisure Club.

Dedicated Online Host

All our guests have access to a dedicated online host who will assist with all their bookings and travel arrangements.

24-Hour Emergency Control Room

Guests have access to the 24-hour Village N Life control room. The control has direct access to the senior management of
Village N Life, Embassy or Consulate offices and other essential and emergency contacts.

Insurance

The hotels and serviced places as well as travel & tours services are covered by public liability insurance.

Village N Life, as a hosting company, is covered by up to R50 million public liability insurance.
