Standard, Peak Season and Last Minute Payment and Deposit Terms Below

 

 

Peace-Of-Mind Policy

Should cancellation occur due to restrictions imposed by government that prohibits travelling or the daily trading of our hotels, a full refund or credit for a future stay will be processed.

Should cancellation occur due to a traveller testing positive for Covid-19 and is within the self-isolation window at time of travel, a full refund or credit for a future stay will be processed.

Any cancellations due to the above reasons that falls within 14 days of the arrival date, will only qualify for a credit for a future stay.

 

Deposit Payments

Once in a lifetime deal deposit terms: 100% prepayment will be charged at the time of booking.

Standard (none promotional rates) deposit terms: No deposit will be charged at the time of booking, full payment will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season deposit terms: 10% Prepayment will be charged at the time of booking, full payment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Non-Refundable offer terms: 100% prepayment will be charged and is non-refundable from the time of booking.

 

Peak Peroid Balance Payments

Peak Season balance payment terms: 90% payment balance will be charged 30 days before arrival.

Failing to settle the full prepayment 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, as stipulated above, will result in the booking being cancelled and a cancellation fee of the total stay will be charged.

 

Child Policy

• Children of all ages accepted.
• Rooms can accommodate one additional child under the age of 14 years, either in a cot (0-3 years) or on a Sofa / Daybed (3 to 14 years), at an additional charge.
• Children over the age of 14 years are considered adults and must occupy their own room.

 

Sharing Details

• Children pay the applicable per child rate, per night.
• Where additional children sharing have not been requested at the time of booking, sharing cannot be guaranteed.

 

General

Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The card must match the one used to guarantee the booking.
Limited parking is available at an additional daily charge. For guaranteed parking, pre-booking is essential.

Rooms are booked per classification; specific room numbers are on request only and not guaranteed. Village n Life reserves the right to move reservations between units of a similar classification, should the need arise.

 

Standard Cancellation

• In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• In the event of a non-refundable offer, a 100% cancellation fee will apply from the time of booking.

 

Peak Cancellation

(18 December 2020 – 10 January 2021)

• In the event of a cancellation up to 31 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
• In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation within 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
• All refunds are at the discretion of management.
• Any refunds processed will be subject to an Administration Fee
